DAN GOOSSEN AND AMY HAYES TO SERVE AS PRESENTERS
AT 2002 VICTOR AWARDS IN LAS VEGAS, JUNE 29

LOS ANGELES (June 25, 2002) - Goossen Tutor Promotions is pleased to announce that President Dan Goossen and Ring Announcer Amy Hayes have been selected to represent the boxing industry as presenters at the 36th annual Victor Awards, which will be held in the Hilton Theatre of the Las Vegas Hilton on Saturday, June 29.

Dan Goossen has long been recognized as one of boxing's premier promoters, having helped build the careers of numerous world champions, including Mike Tyson, Michael Nunn, David Tua, and David Reid. Ms. Hayes, a former model, broke onto the boxing scene last year, and has amazed the media by becoming the first female to impact the male dominated world of ring announcing.

The Victor Awards, to be televised on Fox Sports Net beginning on Sunday, June 30 (see times below), celebrate outstanding athletes and coaches in major categories as nominated by the Board of Directors of the City of Hope, which benefits the Children's Hospital at the City of Hope National Medical Center.

This event is the longest running sports awards show in the history of television, and is a major source of revenue for the City of Hope, whose goal in the 21st century is nothing less than to win the fight against cancer, diabetes, HIV/AIDS and other serious diseases that devastate countless lives all around the world.

The 2002 Victor Awards will be televised on Fox Sports West on the following dates: Sunday, June 30 (6pm and 3am), Tuesday, July 2 (4am), Friday, July 5 (12pm), and Sunday, July 7 (3pm).

On Fox Sports New York and Fox Sports Chicago, the show will air on Sunday, June 30 at 6pm local time.
